Telephone Consultations

We offer telephone consultations during surgery hours only. Either a doctor or a nurse will return your call and offer you appropriate advice.

If a clinician is not able to make a decision over the telephone or give you appropriate advice you may be asked to see a doctor or a nurse on same day or make an appointment for future depending upon the nature of your problem.

It may not be possible for a clinician to contact you straight away. So if you thing that you or your next of kin needs urgent help or advise, please get urgent advise from NHS Direct, Ambulance Services or attend local A&E department.

Please also note that if you queries are not related to medical problem please ask reception staff to help you. They may be able to put you through secretary, senior administrator or Practice manager.

To get your test results, look in 'Test Result' section of the website.
