Appointments during the Covid-19 pandemic
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this current pandemic. We would like to reassure you that we remain open but, in line with NHS England guidance, all our GP appointments will start with an initial telephone triage appointment.
All appointments are telephone consultations unless otherwise told by the surgery.
Please note there is no set time for the phone calls when booking either online through the access or one the phones.
If needed a 'face-to-face' appointment will be arranged at a suitable time and location. We request everyone attending surgery to wear a face covering, and our staff will be wearing PPE including a mask, as per guidance.
We are very aware that the current high demand for our services has led to long delays on the telephone system. We apologise for this and are working on acquiring more phone lines and employing more staff. We would ask anyone that is able to, to contact us using an alternative method, such as eConsult for an appointment request and using the Healthera app, email or the POD for prescription requests.
