Following the new GP contract we have made changes to optimise our patient access and incorporate the role of care navigators.
eConsult is open between 3.30pm and 4pm. eConsults will be processed within 3 working days.
- If you are required to be seen by the doctor, this will be within 24hrs of our contact with you. If you are unable to make this, you will need to resubmit your eConsult
