What is GP Triage?
GP Triage is our new online triage and appointment booking system, designed to make it easier and fairer for patients to access care.
It allows you to contact the practice online, between 8:00am and 6:30pm, about a medical problem or an administrative request (such as repeat prescriptions or fit notes), without having to phone at 8am.
Warning
GP Triage will not go live until Monday 16th at 8am. Please do not use until then
How does GP Triage work?
When you use GP Triage:
- You answer a few simple questions about your problem
- The system safely gathers the right information and assesses how urgent your issue is
- You may be offered an appointment to book online, or your request may be passed directly to the most appropriate member of the practice team
