The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Made you feel comfortable. The doctor was very nice and very thorough. He listened to what was said and explained everything so it was easy to understand

Find it really easy to use the econsult if not able to get through on the phone. Everyone at the practice I have meet have been kind and helpful

Although it took 44 calls at 8am, i managed to get into the queue and then book an appointment later that day. Dr was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns, and the reception staff were very polite
