Dear Patients,

We regularly review the patient safety and quality of our online consultation services and have received feedback from patients and clinicians. Following this, we are concerned about the safety of using eConsult for further online consultations.

We have temporarily paused the use of eConsult, while we review the safest online options available for our patients. We are also exploring the use of our website as a replacement online tool. There are still a range of other consultations choices available which include face to face, telephone and video consultations. MED3s (sick certificates) can also be requested through our website.
